1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

• Application fee is $40 per person, unless you're a married couple then $45.
• Deposit on 1 bedroom $150
• Deposit on 2 bedroom $200
• Administrative fee $75 which is nonrefundable.
• Pet Deposit: Dog - $400 of which $250 is non refundable
• Pet Deposit: Cat - $600 of which $300 is non refundable
• Monthly Pet Rent (MPR) is $30 per pet.
• Two pets per apartment is the max and 100 lbs. No agressive breeds, please.
