Reminders for 2008

• Pet deposits are required on all pets. (Non aggressive breeds accepted.)
• Pet deposit for Dogs is $400 and $250 is a non refundable fee.
• Pet deposit for Cats is $600 and $300 is a non refundable fee.
• There is an additional $20 monthly and you are allowed 2 pets, only.

• No BBQ Grills within a 10' overhang are to be used.
• pick up after your pets, always walk on a leash.
• do not double park your car behind anyone else.
• report maintenance issues, water leaks, plumbing, etc.
• No glass at the pool - ever, no pets at the pool, no unattended children at the pool.
• No clutter, BBQ grills on patios or balconies.
• Residents must have the utilities in your name at move in. if not? You will be charged the back usage. Please don't forget!!

Too many don'ts.... so, here are some do's!!

• Enjoy the 3 pools, 2 hot tubs.
• Bring your pet to the office so we can play with them and give treats.
• Come see us on your birthday!
• Stop in and say Hello, give us a work order, or pick up a package.
• Pick up a key to the Fitness Center.
• Email us your work orders.
• Send in your friends and we'll get them a new home!

We realize, at Willow Glen, you have a choice to live anywhere!  But, we're really, really glad you chose us! We want you to make us your home for a long time.
